YOGA
Yoga is what brought co-owner Kristen to this area in 2005. She completed her first yoga teacher training at Montezuma Yoga and fell in love. Not just with yoga but with Costa Rica. She later moved back to work at Montezuma Yoga and her love for this town became deeply rooted in her soul.
Now offering beach yoga hikes, private yoga sessions on your own view top balcony and soon to be offering yoga retreats and teacher trainings.
